Fanclb Acceptable Use Policy for Teams
Effective Date: March 01, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth rules for conduct on the Fanclb Platform. It supplements the Team Platform Terms and applies to all Teams, their Authorized Users and their Fans when using the Platform.
1. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fanclb Platform. Teams must ensure that neither they nor their Authorized Users or Fans engage in conduct that:
- Infringes Intellectual-Property or Privacy Rights. Posting or transmitting any content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy or publicity rights of any person or entity.
- Harasses or Discriminates. Defaming, harassing, abusing, stalking, threatening or intimidating others, or posting material that is bigoted, hateful, racially or otherwise offensive.
- Promotes Illegal Activity. Encouraging criminal conduct or activity that would give rise to civil liability or violates any law or regulation.
- Contains Obscene or Offensive Content. Posting content that is vulgar, obscene or professionally inappropriate.
- Disseminates Malicious Code. Uploading or sharing files containing viruses, malware or any software designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
- Misrepresents Identity. Impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting affiliation or sharing personal identifying information about another individual without consent.
- Engages in Spam or Unauthorized Advertising. Posting chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail, spam or other unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.
- Circumvents Security. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, system or network related to the Platform; bypassing or disabling any security or authentication measures; or probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Platform.
- Overburdens the Service. Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Fanclb’s infrastructure or that interferes with the proper working of the Platform.
- Uses Automated Means Without Permission. Employing robots, spiders or other automated devices to access the Platform or collect data without Fanclb’s express consent.
2. Enforcement
Fanclb reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP or any applicable law. Fanclb may take down or disable content without notice and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating alleged violations.

To report any violation of this AUP, please contact support@fanclb.com. Fanclb will investigate and respond as appropriate.
